OASIS24 was held at The Napier War Memorial Centre, 1-2 March 2024.

We welcomed our Australasian delegates to a programme including insightful talks by Lois Eva and Amelia Davies on the multidisciplinary approach to complex gynae-oncology surgery, thought-provoking sessions on Hot and Cold Debriefing led by Andy Barr and Iris Fontanilla, and Moerangi Tamati's inspiring presentation on Reviving Tikanga Māori in Pregnancy and Birth which reminded us of the importance of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in our practices.

Drinks at the iconic Gatsby Room at The Art Deco Masonic Hotel brought the ‘welcome’ to the meeting, and OASIS24 was brought to a dramatic close with the breath-taking sunset over Te Mata Peak and the fabulous menu created by internationally lauded chef, Terry Lowe, at the River Room Black Barn.
